Before I offered this to clients, I built it for Maycie Furniture and Fixture Trading, the furniture business I run in Manila.

Only me. I use the access you give me, inside your own accounts, and I sign an NDA before we start. When we stop working together, you remove my access and nothing stays with me.
Usually not. I start with what you already use. If an automation needs a paid tool, I tell you the cost before I build anything.
I draft it and send it to you. Anything about price, dates or promises waits for your approval.
